How to Remove a Name From the Airmen Registry
If the aircraft has been destroyed the owner should notify the Aircraft Branch at P.O. Box 25594, Oklahoma City, OK 73125.
If the owner is deceased a personal representative should contact the Registration Branch and follow instructions.
To remove a name from the Airmen Registry, send a copy of the death certificate to:
